Service & Deployment Terms

1. Authorization

By proceeding with our services, you grant InnoEcome permission to access and configure your necessary business accounts (Domain registrar, Phone systems, CRM, Social Media, Email providers) for the purpose of deployment. This authorization is limited to the scope of the agreed-upon project.

2. AI Liability

We build AI systems to your specifications and train them based on the information you provide. However, InnoEcome is not liable for individual AI responses, carrier-side interruptions, third-party service outages, or any communications that deviate from expected behavior. We provide monitoring and adjustment services to optimize performance over time.

3. Ownership

You own: Your domain, your leads, your client data, your brand assets, and all customer relationships generated through the system.

We own: The custom automation code, scripts, AI training prompts, and proprietary workflow configurations installed on your behalf. These may not be resold or redistributed without written consent.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are due as outlined in your service agreement. Setup fees are non-refundable once deployment begins. Monthly recurring fees are billed in advance. Failure to maintain payment may result in service suspension.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you retain full ownership of your domain and data. Access to proprietary automation scripts will be revoked. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning to alternative solutions.
