1. Client Data Security
We require access to your customer database solely to configure your AI system. We never sell, share, or market to your client list. Your data belongs to you. All client information is handled with strict confidentiality and is used exclusively for the purpose of deploying and optimizing your automated systems.
2. Credential Handling
Any access you grant us (GoDaddy, Twilio, hosting providers, CRM platforms, etc.) is used strictly for deployment and configuration purposes. We recommend creating delegated access or sub-accounts where possible. All credentials are stored securely and are never shared with third parties.
3. Confidentiality
We do not share your pricing, business strategies, client lists, or operational details with competitors or any third parties. Your business information is treated as strictly confidential. We operate under the principle that your competitive advantage is sacred.
4. Data Retention
We retain access to your systems only for the duration of our active service relationship. Upon termination of services, we will remove our access and provide you with any necessary handover documentation. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
